I\u2019ve been asked a few times what my absolute must is as a parent. I\u2019ve told people it\u2019s my Baby Brezza, my strap on carrier, or my diaper pail. Today I realized it\u2019s none of those things. It\u2019s my Dechoker This morning, Decker was crawling back and forth from me to Matt, both of us keeping a good eye on him. Afterwards, I put him in the high chair so I could start making breakfast. We realized his eyes were watering and he seemed like he was struggling with something. After checking his mouth and seeing nothing was in there, but seeing he was still struggling, I grabbed the DeChoker. After using it, I pulled chunks of WOOD out of my son\u2019s mouth. WOOD!!!! Somehow crawling between us, Decker found wood and shoved it in his mouth. We like to think that we\u2019re all perfect parents and that nothing will ever happen to our children because we watch them closely. But y\u2019all, children are CRAZY!! Stuff happens! I shudder to think what would have happened to Decker\u2019s esophagus, intestines, or stomach had he gotten that wood down. So my absolute must as a parent? DeChoker!
